It is quite unfortunate that Mark Pilgrim, a  famous South African media personality who hosted numerous radio and television shows, most notably as a DJ on 5FM, 94.7 Highveld Stereo, 94.5 Kfm, Hot919 and Hot102.7fm is no more. He passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2023, after battling stage 4 lung cancer.
